Fantastic roast dinner

The pub was warm and welcoming. We had a delicious Sunday lunch and a lovely walk in the beautiful rolling devon countryside around it. Looking forward to returning again soon

Very welcoming Bob and Kate are the owners, and they’re lovely. Whilst I was there I got to meet some of the locals who were really friendly and welcoming. The area locally is super peaceful, and rural. Food great, beer even better

Enjoyable meal Enjoyed a meal to support the re-opening after C-19 lockdown. Lasagne, fish & chips and a burger for mains and apple crumble, Eton mess and chocolate brownie for dessert, all well cooked and presented. We wish Kate and Bob all the best going forward.

Fantastic little find , just a wonderful hidden gem. Food was outstanding abd the Landlord was so accommodating , everything was really well priced. If your in the area you have to visit this quaint little pub. Awsome place.

What a find!!We came down from Barnstaple for a celebration of my wife finishing her job!! So glad we did. Lovely food, friendly staff, what else could you want from a pub. I was on alcohol free beer but the real ale selection looked good to me!! We’ll certainly be back again!!
